Cancellation Policy

Every client is required to have a card on file to book an appointment. I charge a 75% cancellation fee for any services that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the services. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and will be charged the 50% cancellation fee. All fees must be paid to rebook a future appointment. I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify me as soon as possible to reschedule.
